Operating Procedures
Key processes identified by the Incident Commander (IC) or Unified Command (UC) for the Incident Management Team (IMT) to develop and institute upon approval to ensure effectiveness of the Incident Management Structure. Operating procedures normally focus on internal management processes for the response. These procedures can be developed using established company policies or produced with input from the IC/UC and the Incident Management Team. Operating Procedures can be documented on the Forms 202 or 202A.
