Information and coordination
Typically, the Emergency Response aspects of the incident will be managed using the SIMS/ICS under the control of the Incident Commander, whilst the Reputational aspects of the incident will be managed by the Crisis Leader. A Business Executive will ensure that there is alignment between the two elements.
