Notify the Emergency Response System

Sound Alarm: Radio, Telephone, local alarm system/push button

If radio/telephone is used to notify, provide the following detail:

• Your name
• Your Location
• Your own safety status
• Description of scene
• Actions taken
• Any support required

Note: There will be additional notifications to other parties required as Incident unfolds (CMT, Government Authorities, NGO's etc.) This outlines the initial notification requirements needed to activate emergency response resources.
