• Review common and leadership responsibilities.
• Receive initial briefing from SPUL, Support Branch Director (SUBD) or Logistics Section Chief (LSC).
• Order required personnel to operate supply area.
• Organize the physical layout of the supply area.
• Establish procedures for operating the supply area.
• Complete Form 211 Check-In List to document receipt of equipment and supplies.
• Set up a filing system for receiving and distributing supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Develop security requirement for supply area.
• Establish procedures for receiving supplies and equipment.
• Submit necessary reports to the SPUL.
• Notify Ordering Manager (ORDM) of supplies and equipment received.
• Provide necessary supply records to SPUL.
• Maintain Form 214a Individual Log and forward to Documentation Unit Leader (DOCL) for disposition.
