Supply Unit Leader
Responsibilities
The Supply Unit Leader (SPUL) is primarily responsible for procuring all resources (personnel, equipment and supplies) for the incident. The SPUL is also responsible for receiving, storing and distributing all supplies; maintaining an inventory of supplies; and storing, disbursing and servicing non-expendable supplies and equipment. Coordination of resource accountability should occur between SPUL, Staging Area Manager (STAM), and Resource Unit Leader (RESL).
