MOVING FROM INCIDENT RESPONSE TO INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
- As the Incident expands, a more detailed Incident Action Plan and a more experienced and larger Incident Management Team may be needed to effectively manage the incident.
- The transition to the Incident Management Phase will still be dictated by the needs of the Incident and the Incident Commander, in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
- The Shell Incident Management Handbook Part B outlines the tools available to the Incident Commander and Incident Management Team as they expand the Incident Management System to handle a more protracted incident.
