Responsibilities
Personnel Facilities/Services Coordinator
Personnel Facilities/Services Coordinators are responsible for setting up and staffing Evacuee Reception and Evacuee, Next of Kin and/or Family Assistance Center facilities as well as Call Centers to provide information on the status of affected personnel. The Coordinators will work with Logistics to establish each facility and provide appropriate staffing as well as lodging, food, clothing, medical evaluations and basic necessities for evacuees and transportation from one facility to the other as needed. The Coordinators will work with the CMT HR or Logistics to set up and staff a Call Center if needed.
Medical Facility Liaison Coordinator
The Medical Facility Liaison Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the condition of injured or otherwise affected personnel that are being treated at a hospital or other medical facility. In some cases, the Coordinator may dispatch company representatives to the medical facility to more closely monitor the affected personnel. The Coordinator will also provide regular reports to the Human Resources Officer and frequently interface with the Family Assistance/Next of Kin Coordinator and Public Information Officer.

Family Assistance/Next of Kin Coordinator
The Family Assistance/Next of Kin Coordinator is responsible for assigning and coordinating COP Employee Assistance personnel to meet with and console families or next of kin of personnel that may be seriously injured, missing or deceased. The Coordinator will work with the Human Resources Officer, Personnel Tracking Coordinator as well as Operations to frequently update the family or next of kin on the status of their loved ones and will report to the Human Resources Officer regularly on the needs and status of the families and next of kin.
Personnel Tracking Coordinator
The Personnel Tracking Coordinator is responsible for obtaining information on POB, evacuees (both in route and at the Evacuee Centers), missing persons, etc. and tracking the status of each of those individuals. The Coordinator will provide regular reports to the Human Resources Officer and frequently interface with the Family Assistance/Next of Kin Coordinator and Public Information Officer.
