Meeting Agenda
- Safety Assistant or Field Supervisor provides Safety Briefing.
- Field Supervisor covers IC/UC objectives, operational Critical Information Requirements (CIR's) and changes to the IAP, i.e., pen and ink changes.
- Field Supervisor conducts Situation Briefing.
- Field Supervisor discusses current response actions and accomplishments and briefs personnel on new operational period tasks using Form 204 including safety & environmental considerations for each task.
- Field Supervisor covers transport, communications, and requisition updates.
- Additional briefs as required: a. Safety Assistant, if available, covers safety issues for new operational period tasks. b. Field Supervisor discusses security issues. c. Field Supervisor distributes Form 204 Assignment List.
- Field Supervisor solicits final comments and adjourns briefing.
