Facilitator: Planning Section Chief

Meeting Agenda

  1. PSC opens briefing, covers ground rules, reviews agenda, conducts roll call for personnel required to attend, and conducts safety moment.
  2. PSC reviews IC/UC objectives, operational CIRs and post IAP Approval Meeting changes to the IAP, i.e., pen and ink changes.
  3. Incident Commander/Unified Command provides remarks.
  4. SITL conducts Situation Briefing.
  5. OSC discusses current status of response actions and accomplishments and reviews the tactical plan for the new operational period including priorities and expectations; clarify issues and concerns of Operations Section personnel.
  6. LSC covers transport, communications, and supply issues/updates.
  7. SOFR covers safety plan, medical plan and safety concerns/issues.
  8. Additional briefs as required: a. FSC covers fiscal issues. b. PIO covers JIC or public information issues. c. LOFR covers interagency issues. d. INTO covers security issues.
  9. PSC reviews open action items, solicits final comments and adjourns briefing.
