Task Force Leader/Strike Team Leader
Responsibilities
A task force is a group of dissimilar resources with common communications and a leader assembled for a specific mission. A strike team is a combination of resources of the same kind and type with common communications and a leader.
The Task Force Leader/Strike Team Leader (TFLD/STCR) reports to an Operations Branch Director (OPBD) or Division Supervisor (DIVS) and is responsible for performing tactical assignments assigned to the task force or strike team. The TFLD/STCR reports work progress, resources status, and other important information and maintains work records on assigned personnel.
